The challenge
Salt air and strong UV exposure demanded corrosion resistance well beyond a standard outdoor build.
What we built
FX-P01 classic courts with hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated Q235B steel plus stainless 304 fittings throughout, and bolt-together assembly with no on-site welding.
Outcome
Opened three weeks ahead of the operator's target season start.
