Guru Courts

The build process

From spec sheet
to first serve.

Six steps. One team. Every stage handled by Guru Courts — from the first site measurement to the last calibration check on opening day.

01

Site survey & feasibility

Our engineers visit your site to assess dimensions, ground conditions, drainage, ceiling height (indoor) and access for materials. We deliver a feasibility report within 5 working days.

  • Physical site inspection
  • Ground load analysis
  • Access & logistics audit
  • Feasibility report

02

Design & specification

We produce 3D renders, structural drawings and a detailed material specification tailored to your site conditions, climate and intended use — competitive play, recreational, or hospitality.

  • 3D architectural renders
  • Full engineering drawings
  • Material specification
  • Cost & lead-time proposal

Manufacturing

Fabrication takes place in our Valencia and Riga workshops. Every frame is hot-dip galvanized; every glass panel is tempered and edge-polished. Full QA at every stage before shipping.

  • Hot-dip galvanized steel
  • Tempered 10/12 mm glass
  • ISO 9001 QA process
  • 3-week typical lead time

Logistics & shipping

Courts ship in 40-foot containers with full tracking. Our logistics team coordinates customs, port handling and last-mile delivery to your site — anywhere in our 40-country network.

  • Container shipping worldwide
  • Customs & documentation
  • Live shipment tracking
  • Insured door-to-door

On-site installation

Our own installation crews assemble every court. The bolt-together modular system requires no on-site welding — meaning cleaner sites, faster builds and easier future relocation.

  • Guru Courts installation crew
  • 3–7 days per court
  • No on-site welding
  • Site handover with checklist

Certification & handover

We test the completed court, calibrate lighting, certify to ITF/FIP standards where required, and hand over documentation. Every court ships with up to a 10-year structural warranty.

  • ITF / FIP certification available
  • Lighting calibration
  • Documentation & warranty pack
  • 12-month post-install review
Certification & handover

Typical timeline: 8–14 weeks from contract to opening.

Site survey (1 wk) → Design (1–2 wks) → Manufacturing (3 wks) → Shipping (1–4 wks) → Install (1 wk) → Certification (1 wk).
